We provide free legal services in civil matters to low-income individuals. If your loved one is in immigration detention and in need of our assistance, they are welcome to apply. Please keep in mind that unfortunately we are not able to help everyone in need, although we wish we could. Please follow the instructions below for seeking our help for your loved one.

For Persons in Immigration Detention

Did your loved one live in one of the following Pennsylvania counties before they were detained?

  • Franklin
  • Adams
  • Cumberland
  • Juniata
  • Perry
  • Fulton
  • Huntingdon

If yes, we can potentially help with their immigration case. Please ask your loved one to call us at 717-262-2326 between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We will ask them questions to see if we can help. If you have any questions or concerns about our services or how we will handle the call from your loved one, please call us.
